Cities are rarely remembered for their tallest structures alone. They are remembered for the way they hold on to their stories while continuing to build.

Our membership community studies this question as a practical discipline rather than a nostalgic one. What does it mean to keep a maritime trading heritage legible in a metropolis of glass towers? How do craft traditions, oral history and coastal architecture survive contact with rapid growth?

Throughout the year our educational sessions bring together members, invited speakers, historians and designers to examine heritage as living infrastructure — something maintained, taught and adapted rather than merely displayed.
